Paragraphs from the Monologues
"It's actually cerulean"
Use the noun repetition to describe something that is repeated over and over. Repetition is used effectively in the monologue."That sweater is not just blue, it's not turquoise. It's not lapis. Its actually cerulean." This quote suggests that the women knows much more than the other person so she tries to sound suffisticated by naming a lot of different types of blue which the sweater might look like. She keeps repeating You.....you.....you......you......you. She does this to make sure that the person who mentioned "This stuff" that she doesn't do that again and that it makes her feel bad for what she did or said. Repetition in a monologue can make a big difference such as highlighting an important fact that she wants to say.

"Sound of Thunder" Foreshadowing Outline and Paragraph
Hook: "Don't look at me." Cried Eckels "I haven't done anything"
Introduction: Foreshadowing is giving a sign or a warning to the reader of what will happen in the future
Thesis: A sound of Thunder uses a great deal of foreshadowing such as in the title
Example 1: The sign in the beginning of the story is there to foreshadow that in the end it will change
Example 2: They make sure to highlight the fact that they shall stay on the path and not touch anything else in the future and that is foreshadowing that it will change
Example 3: The title of the story "A sound of Thunder" is a foreshadow
Example 4: "We guarantee nothing" is foreshadowing the fact that it will end bad in the story
"Don't look at me." Cried Eckels "I haven't done anything"
Foreshadowing is giving a sign or warning to the reader of what will happen in the future. A sound of thunder uses a great deal of foreshadowing such as in the title. The sign in the beginning of the story changes. This suggests foreshadowing since it makes us think that something will have to change about it. They make sure to highlight the fact that they have to stay on the path. They do this because then we know that of course someone will have to fall off the path or do something wrong since it said so much about not to do that. The sound of thunder story uses a great deal of foreshadowing, to make you want to read on since it gives you I sign of what will happen later on.

Official Paragraph
We deride them as people.
The Guardian is a national daily British newspaper. The Guardian has empathy about the people who are the victims of the diaspora. In the hierarchy of death, anyone labelled "migrant" must take there place somewhere near the bottom. This means that we think that because that these people are coming from Syria or Iraq, and emmigrating from there home country to be safe in europe, they must not be as important as us people who live in europe and have enough money aand have a house and resources. Eventhough the people emmigrating from Syria or Iraq might not have that much money or might not have a place to live, we must still treat them like any other human being because it is not fair to let those pour people drowing on boats or suffocating in trucks on the way to Germany, they are people just like we are. They’re not people: nobody would tolerate hearing about the drowning of human beings over and over again. This expression shows that they dont want to call them "migrants" or "not people" because that is not fair at all that we europeans let so many people drown on boats or suffocate in big trucks, we should not call them migrants and then forget who they actually are. Yes, they are all migrants – or, if you prefer, immigrants. Having moved to the UK to further their careers, some of them might perhaps be described as “economic migrants". The expression "economic migrants" is not a very positive expression since the way it is expressed in. It kind of highlights the fact that they think that they will only come to europe to be economic and just fit in like any other normal person. This is what the immigrants hope for but is unfortunately not possible, therefore we call them economic migrants which is not a positive word, nor is it really negative. The guardian wrote this about the migrants, most of these examples might be negative but it is also a negative situation going on so it cannot be positive everything. The Guardian newspaper wants to change the way we look at migrants and they want to give them more help, and do the right things and the best things for them.

Positive and negative sentences
In the hierarchy of death, anyone labelled “migrant” must take their place somewhere near the bottom
For others, they are an unwanted and uninvited swarm that Fortress Europe must keep out: full of undeserving would-be leeches who have no place in the west.
It is a dehumanised word: for all too many people, it is somewhere down with “petty criminal”, and who mourns petty criminals?
They’re not people: nobody would tolerate hearing about the drowning of human beings over and over again.
People from the UK moving abroad to pursue their career or financial interests, meanwhile, are “expats”, never emigrants or migrants.
“They are people – men, women and children, fathers and mothers, teachers and engineers, just like us – except they come from Syria, Eritrea, Afghanistan and elsewhere. Why not just call them ‘people’, then list any other information we know that is relevant?”
Yes, they are all migrants – or, if you prefer, immigrants. Having moved to the UK to further their careers, some of them might perhaps be described as “economic migrants”.
Newspapers such as the Guardian have been using “migrant” in recent years in part because something similar happened to the word “immigrant”, when it became increasingly used by racists to mean something like “a black person in Britain who should go back home”.

Migration Crisis as a Diaspora
Forced to leave their own country to be safe from a civil war no one ever wished for!
Which ever country people are emigrating from and immigrating to, it can mean a different kind if diaspora. The Syrian diaspora is a victim diaspora. They are victims of a civil war. All of the Syrian people are a victim of a civil war, this is why the migration crisis is a victim or forced diaspora. A victim diaspora also known as a forced diaspora is when people are forced to move out of their own country because if they do not do that they will die, and even though they might not want to leave their home country, they have no choice since if they choose to stay there, they will probably not survive for too long. If they do go to Europe they have a chance to be safe. They do not get a better life if they go to Europe. The emigrants from Syria do not get a better life, going to Europe. They lose all of there pocessions during the war such as houses, cars, items and none of this they will get back if they go to Germany or Sweden. When they get to Sweden or Germany the only thing they will get is to be safe, but they have to get a house themselves and cars and everything they just lost in the civil war. The emigrants have to travel miles and miles to get to a safe place such as Germany or Sweden, in Europe. They are forced to leave their own country to get safe from the civil war going on, and when they get to Europe they will get none of the pocessions back that they have lost.

Chinese Diaspora: Britain
Trading diaspora, Victim diaspora, Imperial diaspora and Labour Diaspora!
There are lots of different diasporas and they all have different definitions. The Chinese diaspora is a trading diaspora. One of the diasporas is a trading diaspora. A trading diaspora is when a community goes abroad to conduct trade and when they learn the customs and language of their new home, but still keep a community. This type of diaspora can either be an Indian, Jewish or Chinese diaspora. Another type of diaspora is a victim diaspora. The victim diaspora is also known as the forced diaspora, this can take place in the north Atlantic slave trade, and can be a Jewish diaspora. There are lots of diaposras and they all are different types, both as the diaspora type and the country it is happening in.
Chinese do make a difference in the UK!
In Britain, the big cities such as London or Liverpool, are usually very grey and boring, but when the Chinese people step in, they brighten up those cities with their colorful style. Chinese people come to Britain and make big changes. There are some stereotypes about the Chinese people. Many people think of Chinese people as stereotypes, wearing a blue tunic, going around with red books or as in a little corner shop where they sell egg fried rice and chicken. A Chinese man called Johnny Hon, is the chairman of a venture capital company. This company makes very high buildings which are very luxurious and similar to the ones in China. Johnny Hon came to Britain as a child and still lives there now as an adult, he is a very important man because he helps both British people and Chinese people to go to each others countries to make business. He also makes trips to Beijing and because of that he is naturally friends with the government there too. Many Chinese people want to come to Britain and stay there because of the education they.

Diaspora
Diaspora
http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/diaspora
A group of people who live outside the area in which they had lived for a long time or in which their ancestors lived
http://www.vocabulary.com/dictionary/Diaspora
The disperision of the Jews outside Israel; from the destruction of the temple on Jerusalem in 587-86 BC when they were exiled to Babylonia up to the present time
Diaspora means: when a group of people live outside of a country / an area that they have lived in for a long time.
- I think that a good source to understand what diaspora is, would be if there is a very simple explanation of the definition because then it is easy to understand it.
- If the source tells you an example of what it could be then it is a good source because then if you know / understand the meaning of the example, you will be able to make your own example with help from the original one, and when you can do so you know the defenition by heart.
- Another good source might be if there is a picture of the meaning of it because then you get an understanding of what it could be and you can easier learn it because you can then explain it yourself.
Types of Diaspora
Victim Diaspora or Forced Diaspora:
- North Talantic slave trade
- The Jewish Diaspora
Trading Diaspora:
- A community goes abroad to conduct trade
- They learn the customs and language of their new home, but remain a community
- A community moves to lands conquered by the empire to have better lives working for the empire
- The Indian

Help is needed! Syria is under attack and is now immigrating to Europe!
Right now there is a civil war going on in Syria , therefore many people called migrants are escaping from their country and traveling all the way to Europe to be safe. Many people immigrate to Denmark because then from Denmark they can easily get to Sweden, they think. In Sweden they are open for anyone, such as any immigrants. It's easier for the migrants to get together with their families when they are / live in Sweden.Compared to how many people who live in Sweden, Sweden is a very big country with room for many more people. None of the migrants want to stay in Denmark but just want to go through Denmark and then from there, to Sweden, but all of these migrants need to be registered when they get to Denmark. The problem in that none of the migrants actually want to stay in Denmark, which means that then none of them want to be registered. The biggest reason why none of the migrants want to be registered in Denmark is because then if they can not stay in Sweden or any other countries they get sent back to the country which they were registered in, but they don't want to stay in Denmark. Many of the migrants who are trying to get away from the war going on in Syria are all going to Europe or Canada. Most of the migrants want to go to Germany, but then also many of them want to go to Sweden. The reason why every citizens from Syria are escaping from their country as emigrates / refugees is because of a civil war that is going on in Syria. There is also an organization called I.S which is a group of people who don't care about any one and don't have any feeling or what so ever of any human being, they just kill any person they see on their way and even kids too. This is what mainly what all the people from Syria are escaping from. Wars are generally a thing that makes people wanna escape from their country because of all of the machines, guns, bombs being used. But when it's humans just killing other humans like crazy, then everyone in the country wants to escape as quickly as possible.
